Meghan Campbell is the founder of AlignBirth and a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), specialising in pelvic pain, birth biomechanics, and structured recovery.
Originally trained as a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor, her approach blends corrective exercise with intelligent, breath-led movement, integrating biomechanics, nervous system support, and education into one connected method.
Her PCES training allows her to assess pelvic mechanics, movement patterns, and load management in a way that goes beyond general pregnancy fitness, providing the kind of individualised support many women donât receive elsewhere.
